Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and work closely with our Pharmacist Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail section of the Pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Retail section, including training staff, scheduling, and overseeing daily operations;
* Ensure customer satisfaction in a timely and efficient manner;
* Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well stocked and appropriately priced;
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability;
* Collaborate with the Pharmacist Manager to provide a seamless experience for customers;
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
