IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a support specialist. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers or external suppliers as required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Cloud infrastructure support: patching and maintenance of cloud-based applications and services.
* Intune device management: configuring and managing devices, troubleshooting technical issues.
* Patching and management of 3rd party services: ensuring timely updates and fixes to prevent system downtime.
* Microsoft 365 support: Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive - providing expert-level support to users.
* CSP & SPLA Service Management: managing Microsoft 365 licenses and Azure subscriptions.
* Troubleshooting technical issues: identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Required qualifications and skills:
* Technical degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and platforms.
* Experience with Intune device management and cloud infrastructure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
