Instructional Design Officer, Queensland Health
As an Instructional Design Officer with Darling Downs Health you will craft dynamic digital learning experiences that strengthen the skills and capabilities of our people.
This role blends creativity with technical expertise, offering the chance to lead best practice in instructional design and provide specialist Learning Management System support across the organisation.
What your day will look like....
You will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex content into interactive, fit-for-purpose learning materials that make a real impact.
Your work will involve designing and publishing courses in the Learning Management System, ensuring quality and functionality, and using data insights to continuously improve the learner experience.
Along the way, you'll build strong relationships across the organisation, provide specialist advice, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in digital learning.
