Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety is a leading retail franchise group with 57 stores across Australia specialising in workwear, footwear, PPE & branding. Known for our unbeatable product range and customer-first service, we've built a reputation as the trusted name in workwear.
Our brand new Treendale store is a family-owned business, and we're looking for a customer-focused part-time (Senior) Retail Sales Consultant to join our supportive team. We are also open to hiring this as a full-time role for the right person.

About You

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
* Welcoming and assisting customers with product selection and fittings
* Providing knowledgeable advice on workwear, uniforms, and PPE (full training provided)
* Processing transactions accurately using our in-store systems
* Keeping detailed notes in our system to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
* Supporting our garment decoration team with embroidery, heat press, and trimming & folding of garments (full training will be provided)
* Maintaining a tidy, organised and well-presented store
* Working with the team to hit sales targets and deliver great service
What We're Looking For
* Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail clothing environment (we value attitude and willingness to learn over years of experience)
* Comfortable using computers and sales software
* A positive, enthusiastic approach to work (essential)
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers
* A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Professional presentation
* Availability for flexible hours, including a rotational Saturday shift
* Driver's license and reliable transport
* Knowledge of workwear and safety gear would be a plus
