Expanding Our Customer Base
The role of Sales Representative is critical in expanding our customer base within the construction sector. Reporting to the State Lead, you will be responsible for your own territory across the Mackay and Rockhampton Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry - Tier 1 companies through to the residential market.
* Aggressively acquire market share across all product categories in the assigned geographical region by converting end users to Milwaukee products.
* Work closely with other vertical specialists to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment.
* Ensure CRM is regularly updated and maintained to help support and improve conversion rates.
* Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company's competency framework.
* Be and promote being a high performing sales professional.
* Support the broader team in embedding the culture throughout the entire organisation.
* Overnight travel and trips between Rockhampton and Mackay regions will be required.
About You:
* Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a hunter mentality.
* Field Sales or End User sales experience.
* High level of autonomy.
* Trade background/ Hands on experience with tools is desirable.
* Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Full driver's license with excellent driving record.
