The Billings Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all billing requests. They understand the importance of completing all requests with high accuracy and without delay, ensuring exceptional client care. This is a full-time role, with applications considered for our Toowoomba or Melbourne locations.Whether you have experience in customer service, administration, or the legal field and are seeking a new challenge, this role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills in billing and settlements, working alongside experienced lawyers and support staff to finalize and settle legal matters.In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key internal stakeholdersContributing to process and procedure improvementsDrafting and processing all billing requests in line with S+G Billing policyResponding to billing inquiriesRequesting credit notes when necessaryReconciling disbursements to ensure all are captured at billingCorresponding with third parties to obtain outstanding billing itemsMaintaining professional relationships with legal practices What will you bring?
