Job Title: Senior Administrative Officer
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing confidential and administrative support to the Executive Director of Procurement and Contracting Directorate. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient operational systems, including human resource management, financial administration, and contract management. The successful candidate will also undertake research projects and tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Director and team members;
• Ensure effective management of administrative systems, including Alesco, Oracle, and PDMS;
• Conduct research and project tasks as necessary;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
