Introduction
Working closely with the Retail Project Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end execution of retail displays, store fit‐outs, fixtures and ongoing maintenance projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in retail, shopfitting or project coordination who enjoys working in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the coordination of retail projects from initial scoping through to installation and completion.
* Assist with shopfitting activities including site audits, tenders and cost analysis.
* Track budgets, raise purchase orders and support financial reconciliation across projects.
* Coordinate project schedules, timelines, resources and vendor communication.
* Assist in managing design documentation, production timelines and installation planning.
* Support defect management and ensure issues are tracked through to resolution.
* Liaise with internal teams, clients and external suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
* Provide regular project reporting and updates to stakeholders.
* Assist in coordinating trades on site, ensuring quality, safety and timelines are maintained.
About You
* Previous experience in retail project coordination, shopfitting, production or design environments.
* Understanding of retail environments and merchandising is highly regarded.
* Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related discipline.
* Experience with procurement, production or retail design.
