As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company. Package: $250,000 - $300,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Design and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient operation of all business units, aligning them with the company's strategic goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the company meets its financial goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Leadership: Guide the business to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing strategic direction and support.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
5-10 years of experience in a senior management role within the software or construction technology industry.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
