TheService Desk Analystrole atMAXis a temporary full-time opportunity (12 months).
Based in Eight Mile Plains, thisLevel 2 Helpdesk Supportposition sits within the AKG (Angus Knight Group) IT Division.
The opportunity
Be the first point of escalation, ensuring quality information is delivered to internal teams and providing advanced troubleshooting and advice
Handle tickets and work through to ensure high levels of customer service, with average handling times met
Demonstrate ownership to instil confidence in customers
Provide detailed information and work towards solutions regarding incidents and service requests
About you
Ability to question, analyse and provide solutions
Solid technical background with the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Relevant experience in a Service Desk environment
Due to contract requirements, applicants will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
