About the role:
As our Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our team to deliver top-notch dishes, manage kitchen operations, and mentor junior staff. Your tasks will include:
 * Preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standard
 * Assisting with menu development and inventory management
 * Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
 * Leading and developing our kitchen team
What we're looking for:
 * 2+ years of commercial cafe kitchen experience, preferably in a similar role
 * Proven cooking skills and knowledge of menu planning and costing
 * Leadership and team management experience
 * Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
