About the role
Join our Karratha, WA team as a part-time Therapeutic Youth Worker supporting children and young people in out-of-home care. Deliver trauma-informed care to help them build resilience and reach their potential.

Duties
* Provide daily care: hygiene, health, transport, education
* Maintain a safe, clean, and personalised care environment
* Document care events and progress accurately
* Use trauma-informed approaches and behaviour support
* Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities
Skills & Experience
* Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check
* Current driver's license and flexible for rotating roster
* Relevant qualification, lived experience or trainee eligible
* Experience supporting young people with complex needs
* Strong documentation skills and trauma-informed care focus
You will be expected to work 26 hours a week, Monday to Friday 2pm-7pm and Saturday 10am-3pm.
