They deliver a broad mix of projects - from segmentation, brand positioning, CX, and tracking to product development, advertising and concept testing, and mystery shopping. Their work spans both B2B and B2C, with an in‑house CX model that has become a cornerstone of their B2B projects.

The role They've recently won a major multi‑year community experience program at State level. This will be a cornerstone of the role, alongside a diverse mix of government and commercial ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities
Lead customised research projects end‑to‑end - from proposals through to polished client presentations
Work across quant (the focus) with scope to flex into qual if that's part of your toolkit
Build and nurture solid client relationships - presenting with confidence and curiosity
Bring a strategic voice, adding value in client rooms and spotting opportunities organically
Guide projects spanning CX, segmentation, brand strategy, and more
Qualifications & Profile
Experienced custom researcher with solid quantitative chops (qual a plus)
Thrives on client engagement, storytelling, and presenting
Curious, energetic, and collaborative - enjoys speaking up and contributing ideas
Social & Government experience advantage, but not essential
