This is a full-time role with responsibility for leading our AR function and driving improvements in cash flow and collections.What you'll be doing:
• Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process
• Leading and mentoring a small AR team
• Overseeing billing, reconciliations, and debt collection
• Ensuring timely follow-up of outstanding accounts
• Working with internal teams to resolve billing and payments
• Producing regular AR reports and ageing summaries
• Improving systems and processes to enhance efficiencyWhat we're looking for:
• Solid experience in accounts receivable or credit control
• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in healthcare or a similar industry (desirable)
