Role Overview
We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. This includes assisting with check-in and departure processes, handling general enquiries, and building relationships with existing and new customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist guests with check-in and departure processes by providing timely and efficient support.
* Handle general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that guest needs are met promptly and effectively.
* Become familiar with property management systems to provide enhanced services to our guests.
* Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operational tasks.
* Take responsibility for guest reservations and handle cash transactions with accuracy.

* Relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
