The Role
We are seeking an experienced part time Logistics/Fleet Coordinator (Wednesday to Friday) to manage the scheduling and coordination of high-volume crane and transport operations across the Metro area.
This is a fast-paced, decision-driven role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicates clearly under pressure, and works closely with operators and site teams to ensure jobs are delivered safely and efficiently.
You will play a critical role in allocating jobs to the correct asset, adjusting schedules in real time, and maintaining optimal fleet utilisation while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately creating, updating, and allocating jobs using our internal scheduling software
* Monitoring crane and operator availability to ensure optimal fleet utilisation
* Coordinating daily bookings to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
* Managing and prioritising a high volume of incoming calls
* Providing professional and responsive customer service to clients and suppliers
* Communicating job allocations and updates clearly with operators and site contacts
