About The Role This is not a one-size-fits-all role. You'll work across a diverse caseload, including: NDIS-funded clients Early intervention School-based supports You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of settings and experiences, supported by structured supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development. With access to a team of experienced clinicians and the chance to grow your clinical skills across different programs, this role offers a strong foundation for your OT journey. Provide therapy service to clients on a needs bases whilst building on their strengths and developing suitable long-term solutions. Deliver goal directed therapy services to younger and older adults. Services will be provided collaboratively with significant others to support a person’s wellbeing, function and community participation in a range of environments. Support clients across a variety of clinical settings to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual and reflect their personal goals. Provide informative and current information to clients around valuable services to maximize their ability to make informed choices. You are a motivated clinician and have relevant experience in disability services. You are committed to human centered approaches, strength-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation. You have excellent communication skills and are a team player. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must provide the following: Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle. Registered with AHPRA. NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee). Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
