About The Role
Our focus is on enabling the ageing and disabled community to live fulfilling lives at home, doing what they love. The role involves providing around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight based on client needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experiences
* Assist with activities of daily living: personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, companionship
* Follow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
* Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
* Accurately complete records and documentation

Skills & Experience
* Passion for making a difference
* Self-led with responsibility for own behavior and success
* Coachable attitude
* Previous caregiving experience is an asset
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Ability to report care concerns to Care Designers
* Reliable transportation; drivers with own vehicle are an asset
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience
* National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* NDIS Clearance
