We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is a true partnering position that focuses on providing clear, practical HR advice and building strong working relationships across the business.
You will play a key role in employee relations, performance management and compliance, while helping embed strong safety, leadership and culture outcomes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end HR advice to leaders across the employee lifecycle
* Partner with operational leaders to support performance, conduct and capability matters
* Manage employee relations matters including investigations, show cause processes, disciplinary action and terminations
* Support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with internal teams
* Interpret and apply industrial instruments including Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment contracts
* Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, WHS obligations and relevant legislation
* Support change management initiatives and organisational improvements
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and systems
* Promote a positive safety culture aligned with Wisely's Safety Every Day values
About You
* Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
* Strong background supporting blue-collar, operational or industrial workforces
* Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations
* Experience managing complex employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Practical, solution-focused approach with strong judgement and attention to detail
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline (desirable)
