We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering high-quality guest service in a hotel environment, with a strong focus on creating unforgettable impressions for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check-in and check-out guests
* Assist with concierge services
* Be the point of contact for guest enquiries
* Support guest bookings with the Monarto Safari Park
