Join Rabobank as a Relationship Analyst in Cloncurry, supporting Account Managers with client relationships and prudential management in food and agribusiness banking.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Provide prudential and client relationship support to Account Managers to develop new business and manage existing client accounts
- Act as an additional formal point of contact for clients and client advisors
- Oversee the journey from client request to settlement
- Initiate all associated branch prudential management tasks
- Conduct comprehensive Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) risk analysis in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks related to client accounts
- Engage in preparation of loan applications
- Interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks
- Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess to take appropriate commercial and prudential action
- Develop and foster strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
About You
The company is looking for:
- Interest in food and agribusiness with previous experience in a similar role
- Client-focused with a positive attitude
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Banking experience is advantageous but not essential
- Suitable for recent graduates with finance or agriculture background eager to learn and develop
- Must hold valid work rights
