Job Specification
This full-time Pharmacist role is ideal for someone looking to make a difference in a forward-dispensing, patient-focused pharmacy. As part of one of Australia's leading retail pharmacy networks, you'll be supported by a team of 7-8 shop staff and 4 dispense techs (with at least 1-2 always rostered daily).
Your responsibilities will include :
* Providing professional services such as vaccinations, UTI treatments, Medchecks, staged supply, and patient counselling
* Delivering safe and efficient dispensing services using the Minfos system
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a community-first approach
You'll be working a flexible roster across a 7-day trading week, with full-time hours preferred and Saturday availability essential. Weekdays are well staffed with multiple pharmacists on duty until 6pm, and sole pharmacist shifts are only required on weekends.
Skills Required
* General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
* 2 years experience in Australian community pharmacy.
* Passionate about delivering quality healthcare.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
* Previous experience with Minfos is advantageous but not essential
