CollegePsychologist
Temporary, 12 months,part-time maternity leave position (0.6 FTE). Additional 0.4FTE available inTerm 3 and 4, 2025. Commencing 21 July 2025 or by mutual agreement.
TheCollege seeks an experienced and energetic psychologist to support thewellbeing of students. The position includes the provision of individual andfamily counselling, with a focus on early intervention, along with strongliaison with staff and external health professionals. Experience working withadolescents in a multi-stake holder environment is highly desirable.
Applicantsmust be able to demonstrate:
· Acommitment to the ethos of a Catholic College community in the Marist tradition
· Registrationwith AHPRA including provisional registration
· Counsellingexperience with adolescents and their families using evidence-basedinterventions
· Interestor willingness to run targeted evidence-based group programs
· Anunderstanding of the issues surrounding the wellbeing of boys
· Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
· Anability to work confidentially under the direction of the Headmaster and staffwith delegated responsibility
