About the Role
This is a client support position that focuses on replacing lost and/or stolen products on behalf of insurance companies.
* The role involves liaising with insurance companies, insured customers, and JB Hi-Fi Group stores.
* It also entails validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement.
* Inbound and outbound calls (non-sales related) are a key part of this role.
* Preparing orders and managing ongoing caseloads is another critical aspect.
* Meting KPIs and deadlines in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements is essential.
This hands-on role suits professionals with similar experience who are willing to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
