A highly regarded interior design practice known for refined, bespoke residential work is seeking an accomplished senior interior designer to join their close-knit team. They are looking for a technically strong interior designer who brings precision, creativity, technical skills and a collaborative approach to every project. This role offers the chance to shape bespoke homes from concept to completion in a supportive, design-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop design concepts, spatial planning and interior architecture across high-end residential projects
* Produce technical drawings such as joinery documentation, detailing and lighting and electrical plans
* Create polished presentations, mood boards and client-ready design presentations
* Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and trades to uphold design intent throughout delivery
* Attend site, review shop drawings and assist with design or construction queries
Skills & Experience
* Relevant tertiary requirements
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in high-end residential design with solid understanding of building regs
* Strong technical skills in CAD software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or SketchUp, as well as Adobe Creative Suite
* Proven ability to deliver accurate, detailed documentation across all project stages
* Strong communication, presentation and project coordination capabilities
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving within evolving site conditions
