About the RoleAs the Business Development Manager, Australasia, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Klipboard's footprint in the region.
You'll focus on selling their OnRent Office and OnRent One rental solutions, with opportunities to introduce other Klipboard products where strategically aligned.
This is a high-impact role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives in solution-led enterprise sales and enjoys the challenge of working in complex sales cycles.
You will: Develop and execute territory strategies to capture high-value opportunities.
Manage complex RFPs, proposals, and negotiations for enterprise clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to position Klipboard competitively.
About YouKlipboard are seeking a sales professional who combines consultative expertise with commercial drive.
You will bring: B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ERP, fintech, or enterprise software.
Proven record of new business development, negotiation, and long-cycle sales.
Confidence engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders across operationally intensive industries.
Strong self-motivation, independence, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Prior experience selling into the rental sector will be highly regarded, but we welcome applicants from similar B2B sales backgrounds.The role will offer a base salary and commission structure to attract the calibre of sales professional required to help build Klipboard in Australia and a hybrid working model.
