This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and collaborative professional to join our Asset Management Consulting team as a Bid and Project Advisor. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering compelling client-facing documents that reflect our brand and value proposition.
As a Bid and Project Advisor, you will work closely with national and regional stakeholders to manage end-to-end bid and proposal submissions, including EOIs and shortlisted presentations. You will also support go/no-go discussions, bid workshops, and win strategy sessions.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining submission libraries, case studies, and proposal templates, tracking progress, following up with stakeholders, and coordinating content contributions. You will also ensure all proposals are professionally formatted, compliant with brand guidelines, and incorporate key themes.
Additionally, you will support preparation of shortlisted presentations and pitch rehearsals, coordinate debriefs (win/loss) and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
