As a Workplace Relations Strategist, you will work on challenging and exciting projects that involve developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex workplace relations issues. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate the complexities of modern awards, enterprise agreements, performance management, change management projects, and employee entitlements.
* Developing and implementing effective workplace relations strategies;
* Assisting organisations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts;
* Conducting workplace training on topics such as appropriate workplace behaviour;
* Sensitive investigations to resolve workplace disputes;
* Secondment arrangements with clients to provide specialist expertise;
* Wage compliance reviews, including underpayment rectification and M&A due diligence;
* Ensuring clients are informed about industry changes and regulatory updates;
