About the Role

We are seeking a creative lead to execute and elevate our brand's vision across all digital and physical touchpoints.



Key Responsibilities

* Art Direction & Leadership:
o Foster innovation and professional growth among team members while collaborating with internal teams to ensure visual consistency.
o Guide and review content across departments to ensure brand alignment.
o Maintain brand guidelines, updating as needed.
* Campaigns & Content Creation:
o Develop concepts for digital campaigns, EDMs, and the website.
o Oversee campaign photoshoots from pre-production styling to post-production asset delivery.
o Produce engaging motion-based content for social media, Shopify, and digital ads.
o Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.
* Digital & E-Commerce Graphic Design:
o Design compelling email marketing content including weekly EDMs, automated flows, and seasonal refreshes.
o Create visual assets for Shopify: homepage banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
o Regularly update website imagery to align with current campaigns and collections.
* Marketing & Communications:
o Develop creative for paid and organic social media in alignment with marketing campaigns.
o Work with marketing teams to coordinate campaign asset rollout across channels.
o Collaborate with teams to deliver on-brand digital assets.
* Project & Production Management:
o Manage timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely asset delivery.
o Coordinate with print suppliers and external partners for branded collateral production.



Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior creative role ideally within e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or design-led brands.
* A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and video editing tools like Premiere or Capcut.
* Experience creating short-form video and motion content tailored for social media.
* Solid understanding of digital design for social and e-commerce—Shopify experience is a plus.
* Basic copywriting skills and ability to write or adapt on-brand messaging.
* A sharp eye for visual storytelling, branding, and polished typography.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and keep projects running smoothly.
* A strong communicator thriving in a collaborative environment.
* Experience producing creative supporting e-commerce, marketing, and brand growth.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output creative setting.
* Adaptable, solutions-focused, and ready to pivot when needed.
* Up-to-date with the latest design trends, social styles, and UX best practices.
* Technically savvy with digital platforms and how to design within their constraints.
