What is the Job?
A great prospect exists for a retail and customer experience team member to join the Accessories, Pro Shop and Clothing department in this well-known Powersports dealership to work with some of the best in the industry.
Within this role you will:
- Offer customer service to our valued retail customers
- Assist customers with selecting off shore and inshore safety requirements
- Fitting up wakeboards, wake surf\'s and a huge range of tow sports equipment
- Bring experience in exceptional retail customer service and upsell to the consumers requirements
- Receipt orders from our vendors
- Participate in stock take
- Participate in supplier training programs.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Merchandise retail displays and be responsible for maintaining inventory levels
- Must be able to work alone as well as a part of a team with a self managing approach to success
- Have excellent organisation skills
- The ability to work effectively with multiple departments within the business
- Every Second Saturday, 8am- 2pm will be part of the role
Who are you?
As the successful candidate, you will bring the following attributes to the role-
- A passion for watercraft, marine activity, motorcycles or powersports recreation
- Preferably watersports background and or experience
- Positive and uplifting personality
- Have a good level of self initiative, rip in attitude
- Retail experience that can be transferred to this role
- Strong attention to detail
- Natural ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- The desire to create a career, not just a “job”
- Must be proficient in numeracy and accurate counting.

In our workshop at the monthly meeting a Service Technician will be awarded "Tech of the Month" and the winner gets a gift card.

Occasional use of JSW Products on weekends at GM\'s discretion.
