About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Strata Manager to join our team at Ace Body Corporate Management North Coast NSW. This is a part time role to start based in Ballina NSW. You will play a key role in supporting the Strata Manager in the effective administration and management of residential and commercial strata properties across the Northern Rivers region. Will also consider licensed strata managers who are looking for a change. We are looking for the right person to not only fit in but in the longer term, become part of the business
What you'll be doing
1. Providing administrative support to the Strata Managers, including maintaining accurate property records, processing invoices, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
2. Assisting with the preparation of strata meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents
3. Responding to inquiries from strata owners and residents, providing excellent customer service
4. Coordinating the work of contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
6. Supporting the team in special projects and initiatives as required
What we're looking for
1. At least 2 years' experience in a similar strata management or property administration role
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
4. Knowledge of strata legislation and regulations in New South Wales
5. Proficient in using relevant property management software and Microsoft Office applications
6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
