Reception and Accounts Administration Role

This role involves providing administrative support to the accounts team, including answering phone calls, distributing mail and packages, and assisting with taking pick-ups and quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellent accuracy, time management, and organisational skills.

About the job:
* Providing administrative support to the accounts team
* Answering phone calls and redirecting incoming calls in a professional manner
* Distributing mail and packages
* Assisting with taking pick-ups and quotes
* Tracking freight for both local and interstate

About you:
* Flexibility and willingness to learn
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills

The hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within core business hours. If you are self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic, we look forward to receiving your application.
