What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who's not only skilled butpassionate about making a difference.
Here's whatyou'll need to thrive:
Qualifications: A Degree or Diplomaqualification in Human Services or A Certificate IV inCommunity Services, Disability, Mental Health in or ACertificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work.Screening Checks: DHS Working withChildren Check and NDIS Worker ScreeningExperience: You've worked withpeople facing complex psychosocial challenges and know how tomotivate and support them in achieving their goals.Skills: You're a problem-solver, alistener, and a compassionate guide.
You have strongprofessional boundaries, and you're skilled at managingcrises and conflicts.Energy: You're ready to bring yourbest to every client interaction, seeing the person beyond thechallenges.In addition, your lived experience of mental health recoverywill allow you to:
