Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working with our customer services and operational teams at our Melbourne Depot located at Derrimut, you'll help keep customers informed, supported, and confident their freight is in safe hands.
What You'll Do
* The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received
* Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
* Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
* Ad hoc administrative duties as required
What You Bring
* Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast‐paced team ideally in transport, warehouse & logistics
* Polished communication, exceptional service mindset and natural relationship building skills
* Strong MS Office and systems confidence
* Ability to prioritise high volumes of work and work in a fast‐paced environment
* Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
* Superior planning and organisational skills with excellent time management skills
* A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
