ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Kilcoy
Monday to Friday onsite, 8.30am-5pm
Provide comprehensive support across operational HR functions delivering responsive front-line support to employees and leadership, maintain accurate employee records and produce HR reports and data insights.
* Support operational HR activities, organisational change initiatives, and employee engagement programs across the organisation.
* Utilise ERP systems to manage HR processes and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Analyse HR data and provided insights to support organisational performance and enhance workplace culture.
* Prepare and deliver timely HR reports and analysis to support informed leadership decision-making.
* Monitor and manage absenteeism and report to Manager on a regular basis
* Assist coordination of Reward and Recognition Programs
* Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of proactive HR strategies and business solutions.
* Support the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices, and service delivery.
* Assist in managing disciplinary and employee relations processes in line with organisational policies and legal requirements.
* Provide guidance and support to employees seeking HR assistance, directing them to the appropriate HR resources where required.
* Deliver professional and responsive front-line HR support to employees and managers.
* Coordinate HR administrative activities and supported HR-related matters across multiple departments.
* Assist in identifying the need for HR policy reviews and supported the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Health & Wellbeing, and Payroll teams to support overall business performance. with
* Work with managers to support performance management processes and employee development.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives and organisational programs.
ABOUT YOU
* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Experience within a blue-collar or manufacturing environment is highly regarded.
* Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative, and a strong drive to achieve results.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders (essential).
* Demonstrated experience performing responsibilities aligned with the key requirements of the role.
* Collaborative, customer-focused approach with the ability to develop practical and effective solutions.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
