Job Purpose
Retail Assistant – Join our L&P team to provide high‑fashion eyewear service and support the customer journey from initial consult to customised luxury frames.
Responsibilities
* Consult customers and conduct pre‑testing for optical frames.
* Customise high‑fashion frames from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Gucci, PRADA, D&G, Burberry, Miu Miu, Versace and others.
* Provide exceptional customer service and promote Eyewear retail experience.
* Maintain store visual merchandising and product knowledge.
Qualifications
* Retail experience; optical experience desired but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and quick learner.
* Passion to help others see the beauty in life.
