Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level leadership across executive and administrative support services and lead diverse support staff teams.
* Interpret business plans, analyse operations, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
* Lead human resource functions for support staff including recruitment, induction, workforce planning, performance management and professional development.
* Manage financial planning and reporting, contributing to the development and monitoring of the school's annual budget.
* Oversee facilities and asset management, including coordination of projects, grounds maintenance, and minor works.
* Build strong networks with other Business Managers and community stakeholders to support best-practice corporate service delivery.

* Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire teams, lead change, and deliver outcomes.
* High-level organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of financial management, HR processes, and administrative systems in complex environments.
