We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our administration team. As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for managing telephone calls and emails, meeting and greeting clients, and providing support to our sales team.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone and email
* Meet and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
* Provide administrative support to the sales team
* Manage general enquiries and maintain the office area
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
