This role will partner with our Engineering Payments and Payroll portfolio, which is scaling rapidly with over 350 people. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting engineering teams within complex organisations and guiding them through organisational change.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business goals into consistent and impactful people initiatives. This includes providing strategic and generalist support, shaping organisational design and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner on Strategy & Evolution : Collaborate with senior stakeholders to execute a strategic people plan that supports ongoing growth and organisational maturity.
* Provide Expert Coaching : Identify coaching opportunities and engage in honest conversations to support senior leaders in managing complex people matters.
* Deliver Generalist HR Support : Provide credible advice across HR, including remuneration, performance management, retention and legislative compliance.
* Simplify Complexity : Analyse trends and navigate complex problems, communicating solutions to technical stakeholders.
* Operational Execution : Balance planning with operational execution to ensure recruitment priorities are met and new programs are embedded.
Requirements:
* Proven experience supporting engineering teams within complex organisations.
* Experience guiding teams through organisational change and building high-performance cultures.
* Strong HR foundation with agility to pivot between strategy and operational execution.
* Logical approach with ability to simplify complex communications and iterate on solutions.
* Exceptional coaching and stakeholder management skills.
