What You'll Do:
* Operate and maintain waterwell drilling rigs and associated equipment
* Lead and manage a small crew on-site, ensuring safety and productivity
* Conduct drilling operations in accordance with project specifications and environmental guidelines
* Implement and monitor risk management procedures
* Maintain accurate drilling logs and reports
* Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and other stakeholders as required

What You Bring:
* Minimum Cert III in Drilling Operations RII1820 - essential
* Minimum Class 1 Drillers Licence with Mud and Air endorsement - essential
* Proven experience in Waterwell drilling, within the Pilbara region - advantageous but not essential
* Strong understanding of risk management and safety protocols
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a crew
* Valid Drivers Licence
* National Police Clearance
