Qualifications & experience
This administration role has a strong client focus, it includes reception, customer service & loan processing. It will require a minimum of 3 year's experience in an administration or banking support role. Essential to the role is a can-do attitude.
About the role
* This administration role has a strong client focus, it includes reception, customer service & loan processing.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, accountants and real estate agencies
* Manage clients' file workflow processes with a high attention to details and accuracy
* Data entry, review, lodge loan applications through relevant online Finance systems
* Positive and can-do attitude and able to work independently
* Advanced computer skills, including Adobe and Office 365 suite required
* Successful applicants will need to pass police and credit checks
