Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our retail and food service channels through promotional coordination, reporting, and customer submissions—helping the national sales team run smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities
* Help coordinate promotions, new product submissions, and customer requests across retail and food service.
* Keep sales trackers, calendars, and reports up to date to support the team.
* Support the day-to-day running of the sales team by responding to customer queries and keeping product and pricing information accurate.
* Work closely with different teams across the business.
Qualifications
* Experience in a sales support / coordination / admin role (ideally FMCG).
* Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).
* High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Exposure to SAP or ERP systems (desirable).
* A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
