**Requirements:**
* Relevant tertiary qualifications eg HR, Business or Data Analytics.
* Experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and validity.
* Curiosity and creativity, with the ability to ask relevant questions and explore new possibilities with data.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
