ReGroup's on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead from the ground up. If you know your way around heavy equipment, can run a tight (and clean) workshop, and lead a small team with confidence — this one's for you.

What do we want to hear from you?
* 3+ years as a site supervisor in a mining or heavy industry environment
* Hold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification, or be willing to obtain
* Confident leading small teams and conducting pre-starts
* Understand mine site rules, safety, and compliance like the back of your hand
* Mechanically switched-on with broad mobile plant exposure
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
* Committed to high standards in housekeeping and team culture
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical anddrug & alcohol screening
