Are you an experienced gardening professional with proven skills? Mowing & Growing Pty Ltd, a long-established business servicing the Central Coast's most prestigious properties, is seeking a motivated Experienced Gardener to deliver outstanding results.
For 20 years, Mowing & Growing has built a reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer care. We have an expansive portfolio of clients ranging from luxury acreage estates, retirement villages, strata complexes, commercial complexes and residential properties.
Experience in the following highly desired
* Hedge trimming
* Lawn mowing, acreage mowing, experience in operating a zero turn mower desired.
* Edging
* General gardening such as weeding, pruning fertilizing, planting, mulching
As we continue to expand, we're looking for a hands-on person who shares our commitment to excellence and can help shape the next chapter of our business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Training with our support to lead a garden maintenance crew (with an assistant) across acreage, residential, and commercial properties
* Carrying out hands-on gardening tasks including mowing (hand and ride-on), edging, whipper-snipping, pruning, planting, and hedge trimming
* Communicating with clients and business owners to ensure gardens are maintained to the highest standard
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in garden maintenance and/or horticulture
* Current full driver's licence (essential) – manual driving and trailer towing required
* Strong plant knowledge and practical experience in pruning and garden clean-ups
* Physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather (including wet conditions)
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
* Professional, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards
