Part of a small supportive team, you will be proactively working with our supporting strategic partners, IT colleagues and the wider business to ensure that all IT support requests are handled in an efficient and cost effective manner and meeting the agreed service levels.This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to move into Service Delivery from a digital or Cloud background.**We need you to*** Manage and foster the relationship between 7-Eleven and external service partners.* Review IT Service performance, metrics and operational issues for assigned areas and ensure that all services are delivered as per commercial agreements.* Lead service improvement initiatives.* Act as Major Incident Manager for high impact and critical incidents ensuring service interruptions are managed in accordance with agreed protocols.* Provide 24 x 7 escalation and on-call support.* Providing reporting to meet management requirements.**What's in your toolkit*** Demonstrated knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.* Proven ability to coordinate IT service management activities to achieve positive organisational outcomes.* Demonstrated ability to identify issues and problems that may impact delivery of IT services as well as the ability to commit energy and drive to see that goals are achieved.* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders.Please note you will be required to be on call once every 3 weeks.
