Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project execution, prioritizing safety as a core value.
* Deliver projects according to scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring timely completion to specification.
* Manage personnel and relationships, leading project teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
* Oversee governance and risk management, handling project reporting, commercial claims, and proactive risk identification.
* Drive quality improvement by embedding QA practices and optimizing processes throughout delivery.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
* Specialized knowledge and experience in managing large construction projects.
* Commercial, contractual, and technical expertise relevant to construction projects within the wastewater industry.
