Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead the team responsible for delivering Ballarat's major capital works program. This permanent senior leadership appointment provides strategic guidance, coaching, and structured support across all stages of project planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitating the delivery of community infrastructure on behalf of organisational directorates;
* Aligning delivery with strategic priorities and organisational capability;
* Playing an integral role in early project scoping and business case development.

* Technically grounded infrastructure leader with experience across the full lifecycle of capital works;
* Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and thrive in complex environments that demand structure, accountability, and clear communication;
