About the Role
* Partner with the Regional Executive and their Leadership Team to elevate leadership capability and delivery performance.
* Advise on workforce planning and help leaders proactively plan for resource and capability needs.
* Provide coaching, support, and leadership guidance to technically minded managers and new leaders.
* Support organisation design, change planning, and translate strategic decisions into practical execution.
* Deliver key People & Culture cycles in the region, tailored to local needs.
* Lead and support people initiatives within the region, including communication and engagement.
* Act as a people voice in business forums, planning sessions, and operational conversations.
* Informally lead the APAC PX team by sharing business context and connecting the dots.
About You
* A seasoned People Partner or OD specialist thriving in complex environments.
* Experience working with technical teams or in project-heavy environments is ideal.
* Confident coaching senior leaders, especially those newer to people leadership.
* Pragmatic, grounded, and influential without being preachy.
* Collaborative, solutions-focused, and driven to help others work smarter and lead better.
* A calm and composed presence during times of change, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
