The Opportunity
* 12-month Fixed Term contract on a Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:06pm roster
* A team environment with ongoing support and training - we want to see you succeed
* Effectively manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries including reporting on misdirected freight.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment and continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone ready to jump in, work closely with a supportive team, and confidently engage with customers — both in person and over the phone.
* Previous experience in the transport industry is a plus, but not essential — we welcome those eager to learn and grow in a new career path
* Commitment to the Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:06pm roster
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with the MS Office suite & Data Entry
* Strong verbal and written communication with a people-first approach
* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
* A knack for staying organized and prioritizing tasks
* Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy under pressure
